Todd Nielsen
Co-owner, Director
With Eos Since 1993
Todd has been managing educational travel programs for elite institutions for more than 35 years and has served as Travel Director for more than ten institutions. He directed the travel program of the American Museum of Natural History, and is a founding member of the Educational Travel Consortium, established in 1986, where he is an Emeritus Council Advisor. He holds a degree in Urban Planning from Brown University and has taught at the New York Zoological Society and the American Museum of Natural History. He has visited more than 70 countries and had reached all seven continents by the age of 35.

Co-owner, Business Manager
With Eos Since 1993
Patricia has been managing educational travel programs for elite institutions for over 35 years. She earned a B.S. in Foreign Service and an M.S. in Chinese, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University and is fluent in Mandarin. She manages payments to domestic and international suppliers, passenger invoicing, and the quarterly earned income and royalty payments made to sponsoring organizations.

Education and Program Manager

Lauren is the primary liaison between study leaders and tour suppliers worldwide, preparing leaders for travel and coordinating the educational program of every land tour and voyage. She holds an M.A. in Classical Civilizations with a certificate in Museum Studies, and a B.A. in Anthropology, Classical Civilizations and Sociology.

Guest Services Manager

Brittany works directly with travelers, answering questions, taking reservations and payments, and guiding them through the planning-to-travel process. She holds a degree in Geography and spent a semester circumnavigating the world with Semester at Sea.

Operations Manager
With Eos Since 2014
Laura works with the dozens of overseas and domestic suppliers Eos contracts, particularly during tour planning, and produces the print or digital brochure for every Eos tour alongside the Director, copyeditor and designer. She monitors brochure production schedules and mailing lists and analyzes bookings on active programs.

Marketing and IT Manager

Kat brings over 20 years in graphic design, web design and marketing. She handles brochure design and pre-production, coordinates tour marketing for partner organizations, manages the Eos online presence, and develops email campaigns using analytics to keep them on brand.

Emily works with educational organizations and with foreign and domestic operators to create specialized land programs. She holds an M.A. in Sustainable Development and a B.S. in International Business Management, and served two years in Mali as a Peace Corps agriculture extension agent.

Ann contributes to both the guest services and marketing teams and is the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, bringing extensive experience in customer service, sales and office management.

Kelly came to Eos after many years teaching elementary school and working in digital design, and has traveled widely throughout Europe and North America.
